Happy Halloween everyone!!!
I had a super fun weekend celebrating the Halloween by dressing up first as a ballerina for a fun coaching event, then I was Maggie to my husbands Glenn from The Walking Dead, and finally yesterday we went to the Renaissance festival out in PA so I wore a flower crown and deemed myself a flower princess.
Tonight we're just going to pass out some goodness knows bars to kids in the neighborhood and take it easy! No trick or treating for us!

The real reason I'm checking in today however is because I didn't want to leave you hanging on Halloween without a sweet clean treat option!

I made these as my post competition "cheat" earlier this summer and not only did they hit the spot perfectly as my treat but they are a REAL crowd pleaser! I ended up sharing them with everyone because I had so many and everyone loved them! I mean seriously they're rich and chocolatey and delicious!
This is a short post today - I really just wanna share the recipe with you! The opnly adjustments I made were using sunbutter as my nut butter along with a little bit of real peanut butter ( OH MY!) and lastly I used coconut palm sugar instead of maple sugar.
I also traveled with mine in a insulated lunch box & ice packs. They don't hold up too well unless they're cold! I might even just free them individually next time!
